Missing Officer Rosters/Annual Plans
We have completed the fifth month of the 2007-2008 Operating Year and we still need officer rosters from 30 chapters and 3
state organizations; a roster is required to be submitted each operating year, even if there is no change in officers.
Support and rebate payments cannot be made upon the receipt of endorsed quarterly activity and financial reports, if a current
Officer Roster is not on file at AFA National.
Annual Strategic (Operations) Plans have not been received from 45 chapters and Financial Plans have not been received
from 53 chapters; these plans were due December 31, 2007. You can still get credit for the remaining quarters in the
Operational Year if you send a set of plans to AFA National through your State and Region Presidents for endorsement.
To verify that your roster and/or plans have arrived at AFA National, check the "Unit Reports Received/Paid" (October-December
2007 report) in the ‘Field Resources/Unit Performance section of the AFA website. If you do not have access to the Internet,
please call Mary Nauheimer (ext. 4821). Send Officer Rosters directly to Field Services, your State President, and the Region
President. Officer Roster forms are available in the ‘Field Resources/Library’ section of the AFA Website. Submit Annual
Plans through your State President for endorsement and forwarding. A template for the Annual Strategic Plan is available in
the Planning Section of the ‘Field Resources/Library’.
Remember – quarterly funds will only be paid upon receipt of quarterly reports if there is a current Officer Roster,
Annual Strategic (Operating) Plan and Financial Plan on file with AFA Headquarters.
